WHO AM I?
Hi! My name is Lauren Miller! (Coach Lauren)
Fitness Coach at Orange Theory Fitness | RRCA Certified Running Coach | NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
As a dedicated fitness coach at Orange Theory Fitness, personal trainer and a certified running coach, I am passionate about helping individuals discover their best selves. With over two decades of personal running experience, starting from my early days on the middle school cross country team in 2001, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the transformative power of physical activity.
Beyond my professional commitments, I find immense joy in my roles as a mother to a spirited three-year-old son and a supportive bonus mom to a wonderful 12-year-old daughter. Celebrating nearly five years of marriage to my loving husband, family remains the cornerstone of my life.
In 2023, recognizing the importance of mentorship and personal growth, I embarked on a journey with a running coach. This decision proved to be pivotal, as it provided me with the guidance and support needed to overcome obstacles and achieve new personal milestones. Through tailored training plans and unwavering encouragement, I've consistently surpassed previous performance plateaus, continually improving my race times and overall fitness.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Management, earned from East Tennessee State University in 2012. This foundation has equipped me with valuable skills in communication, leadership, and strategic thinking, which I apply to both my professional endeavors and personal pursuits.
When I'm not coaching clients or pounding the pavement, I cherish moments with my family, indulge in lively conversations over cocktails with friends, immerse myself in captivating books, and eagerly add more miles to my running shoes. Just as my coach has guided me, I am committed to supporting others in achieving their unique fitness goals. Together, we can overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and unlock our full potential.
