12 Week Half Marathon Training Program
Our 12-week half marathon training program is designed to gradually increase your distance during long runs each week. Running 5 days a week, with 2 days dedicated to rest, cross-training, or strength training, this program ensures you are race-ready and confident to achieve your goal!
16 Week Full Marathon Training Program
This 16-week marathon training program focuses on building your mileage gradually, with 5 running days and 2 rest days each week. Emphasis is placed on the long run day to build endurance. Adjustments can be made as needed throughout the cycle, ensuring you feel confident and ready to conquer 26.2 miles!
